Greg Caporn – Managing Director
Greg brings over 25 years of foundation industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). He shapes and implements company strategies, ensuring innovative and cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations. As an inspiring leader, Greg drives excellence across every project.
Sam Kelly – General Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure, mining, building and civil construction foundation projects, Sam has extensive knowledge and expertise in construction management, business development, estimating and leadership. Passionate about leading sustainable high-performance teams, Sam prioritises safety and efficiency, enhancing Caporn Piling’s growth and reputation for safety, reliability and quality.
Angie Coles FCCA – Finance Manager
Angie oversees all financial management aspects for Caporn Group. With extensive experience in finance, business leadership, and corporate strategy, Angie has spent over a decade working with developers and contractors in the construction industry. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, exemplifying her commitment to excellence.

Our team of five specialist estimators brings together more than 150 years of combined industry experience. Each estimator focuses on specific foundation techniques and market sectors, providing accurate, practical and competitive tender solutions tailored to each project's unique requirements.
Project Management
Led by our National Construction Manager, our experienced Project Management team coordinates every stage of project delivery—from planning and design through to construction and completion. Their strong technical knowledge, proactive communication and meticulous planning ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to our clients' expectations.
Maintenance Facility
Our dedicated maintenance facility is integral to supporting our operations nationwide. The team is responsible for:
Servicing and maintaining specialised plant and equipment
Equipment repairs and fabrication
Manufacturing ancillary equipment
Research and development of new methodologies and construction techniques
Their work ensures our fleet remains reliable, efficient and ready to perform on every project.
Our Site Crews
Our experienced workforce includes Foremen, Leading Hands, Rig Operators, Crane Operators, Boilermakers, Dogmen, Riggers and Labourers. Many have been with Caporn Piling for decades, bringing invaluable knowledge and practical expertise to every project.
