Burnside Village Shopping Centre – Stage 6, SA

Caporn Piling is proud to support the Stage 6 development of the iconic Burnside Village Shopping Centre in South Australia. This expansion project includes the construction of 18,500m² of additional floor space and two basement car park levels, providing enhanced amenities for shoppers and the local community.

Project Scope

• Installation of:

  • 1,203 CFA piles (600mm, 750mm, and 900mm diameter, up to 19m deep) for a soldier pile retaining wall.

  • 110 temporary anchors ranging from 15m to 20m in length for structural stability.

  • 9 CFA piles (600mm and 900mm diameter, up to 17m deep) for foundation support.

Equipment Utilized

• Bauer BG28 piling rig for efficient CFA pile installation.

• Track-mounted concrete pump for seamless concrete delivery.

• Soilmec SM14 for precision anchor installation.
