This expansion project includes the construction of 18,500m² of additional floor space and two basement car park levels, providing enhanced amenities for shoppers and the local community.
Project Scope
Installation of:
1,203 CFA piles (600mm, 750mm, and 900mm diameter, up to 19m deep) for a soldier pile retaining wall.
110 temporary anchors ranging from 15m to 20m in length for structural stability.
9 CFA piles (600mm and 900mm diameter, up to 17m deep) for foundation support.
Equipment Utilized
Bauer BG28 piling rig for efficient CFA pile installation.
Track-mounted concrete pump for seamless concrete delivery.
Soilmec SM14 for precision anchor installation.
